Mr. Riggio, owner and founder of the Barnes and Noble corporation, is going to be the Grand Marshal for the Columbus Day Parade in New York City on 9 October 2017, http://prn.to/2uRUZy3. This year’s theme is, Celebration of Italian-American authors. I was selected to participate and so was my most recent book, FEEDING THE ENEMY (Honorable Mention in 2017 Florida Book Festival). During my stay in NYC, I will be participating in the parade, a social media campaign to promote my book and Jacksonville, Florida.
It is my honor and privilege to share this ad which will be in New York Times on 01 October 2017. I will be participating in the greatest parade in America, “The Columbus Day Parade” on October 9, 2017. As a child and adult, I always enjoyed watching the parade when I lived in New Jersey and New York. I can’t wait to be part of history.
“Feeding the Enemy” has been a great project and so has my second book “Breaking from the Enemy!”
Come on out to Saint Augustine Florida for a great day. The weather is going to be great and you can get a fresh copy of FEEDING THE ENEMY. Plus, this will be great time to ask me question about my second book, BREAKING FROM THE ENEMY. Come support this great town that was hit by IRMA. http://fhbookfest.com/

On June 22, I was invited to attend and speak at the monthly meeting of the Jacksonville Newcomers Club. It was an amazing time! There were over 90 people in attendance to hear my lecture on “Feeding the Enemy”. The lecture went so well, that I was able to secure a couple of more lectures in the future. Can’t wait for the next one.
I wanted to say thank you to Susan Stanley for inviting me for a great time at the Hilliard Public Library HILLIARD PUBLIC LIBRARY. It was one of my best lectures about “Feeding the Enemy” plus the audience was great.
We were all honored to have my mother and aunt at the lecture. They were nice enough to take over the Q&A time at the end. I wish they could be at all my lectures, they tell better stories that I do. See you at the next lecture and have a great summer.
I have been asked so many times this question, “Where can I buy your World War II book “Feeding the Enemy”? Obviously, you can get it on line at Amazon http://www.amazon.com, Kindle, Nook and my web site if you want to go that route. So, I decided to list all the stores that carry my book for those of you that like to pick it up a copy during your shopping time. Here is a list: Barnes and Noble, Books a Million, San Marco bookstore, Bookloft Fernandina Beach, Nassau county libraries, Sarasota Florida county libraries, Italian American History Museum New York City, Holocaust Museum Washington D.C., and many other places just check out my blog for all my lectures and book signings.
I was invited to the Shelby library in Sarasota, Florida to give a lecture on “Feeding the Enemy” during their Ann Frank exhibit. This was probably one of my favorite venues. There were so many nice folks that came out, plus we sold some books! Can’t wait to go back down and do it agin. Have a great day!!
